Cancellation Policy

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all  fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. GROB shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods due to delays by the vendors, trade organization/s, or manufacturers/shop, flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of GROB.

 

Refund Policy

Orders once placed & processed through grob.co.in may not be cancelled or refunded. Estimated Delivery Time is approximate 10–12 days to the customer. In the event of any delay or default in such a delivery, GROB shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same. In the event the customer is dissatisfied with the item/s received, the item/s can be exchanged or returned for credit vouchers only for an additional fee of INR 150, which will be deducted from the credit voucher generated for the exchange or return. However, if any of the items are damaged when received or if an item was ordered but is missing at the time of delivery, the customer shall be liable for a return if the customer has informed GROB of the same within 48 hours by getting in touch with our Customer Care. In such an event, the return cost will be borne by GROB. Moreover, in the event of any shortfall in delivery or the items being damaged, GROB shall thereafter initiate investigations in the matter of complaint received and shall make efforts to complete such investigation within a period of 10 working days from the date of such commencement. The decision of GROB on completion of such investigation shall be final,binding and conclusive on the customer and the customer shall not dispute the same. GROB shall reverse the payment either in the same mode the customer has paid or through credit vouchers, with the option of choice being given to the customer at the time of return.Such a refund shall be fulfilled in 7 working days from the date of decision.

What is a GROB Credit Voucher?
When you return a product, our refund is given in the form of a credit voucher which is 100% redeemable against purchases and is valid for 6 months from the time of issue.
